Lahore – July 3, 2025: Renowned and talented Pakistani actress Zara Tareen has opened up about her personal experiences with love, saying that when one suffers heartbreak in their second relationship, it becomes nearly impossible to find the courage to fall in love a third time.
In a recent appearance on a private TV channel talk show, the actress candidly discussed the emotional highs and lows she has faced in her life, particularly in matters of the heart.
When asked about one-sided love, Zara Tareen shared a thought-provoking perspective, stating, “In my opinion, every love becomes one-sided after a point, because everyone believes they love more than their partner.”
Speaking further, she remarked that people love with intensity only once or twice in their lives, and after that, it’s never quite the same. “At some point in life, you begin to realize that your love was one-sided — because you always feel you loved more,” she added.
Zara admitted that she had experienced one-sided love twice in her life, and both times, the heartbreak was deeply painful. Reflecting on the experience, she said, “When your heart breaks the first time, you become hopeless and lose faith in love. But when it happens a second time, it brings anger — anger at yourself for giving someone another chance.”
It is worth mentioning that Zara Tareen married Pakistani-American Hollywood actor Faran Tahir in 2021. However, the marriage lasted only a year and a half, ending in divorce in 2023.
