Ten Terrorists Killed in Quetta CTD Operation
Quetta, — At least ten terrorists were killed in Quetta’s Aghbarg area during an exchange of fire with the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD), officials said.
According to a CTD spokesperson, the operation was launched following an intelligence tip-off. “When the CTD team reached the area, they came under fire from the terrorists but responded swiftly,” the statement said.
The spokesperson confirmed that all ten terrorists were killed in the encounter. A cache of heavy weapons and ammunition was also recovered from the scene.
Further investigations are underway, the CTD added.
