President Asif Ali Zardari arrives Nawabshah

Nawabshah, March 30,2025- President Asif Ali Zardari arrived at Zardari House to celebrate Eid. Senior party leaders welcomed the President upon his arrival at the airport. He then traveled to Zardari House in a motorcade, with strict security arrangements in place.

During his stay, the President will hold meetings with the top leadership and senior members of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). According to party sources, President Asif Ali Zardari will consult with party leaders and make key decisions regarding the proposed “Six Canal Project” from the Indus River.

Important announcement about construction of 6 canals expected

It is expected that after these consultations, the President will clarify the party’s stance on the canal project and announce the future course of action during a public gathering on April 4 in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh. The event will mark the death anniversary of PPP founder and former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.

Despite the PPP organizing protests and sit-ins in Sindh against the canal project, public attention is now focused on Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and President Asif Ali Zardari’s stance on the issue during the April 4 gathering.
