RAWALPINDI, March 6, 2025Pakistan Navy Ship (PNS) Aslat took part in the multinational naval exercise KOMODO-25 in Indonesia as part of its overseas deployment. The exercise, which saw participation from 38 naval forces, highlights Pakistan Navy’s commitment to regional peace and maritime security.

The exercise commenced with a fleet review, where PNS Aslat, alongside other warships, showcased naval capabilities and interoperability.

Strengthening International Maritime Cooperation

PNS Aslat’s participation in KOMODO-25 is a testament to the Pakistan Navy’s active role in international naval exercises, reflecting its dedication to strengthening regional stability and security.

Additionally, PNS Aslat made a port call in Colombo, Sri Lanka, further enhancing bilateral naval cooperation.

During the visit, the Commanding Officer of PNS Aslat held meetings with the Commander of the Western Naval Area and other military officials, discussing mutual defense and maritime security interests.
