Election Commission issues list of electoral symbols of political parties 

PTI’s name and symbol bat not included
Islamabad (Jan,10,2024: The Election Commission of Pakistan has sent the list of electoral symbols of political parties to the returning officers. It does not include Tehreek-e-Insaf and its election symbol.

The names of more than 12 political parties, including Tehreek-e-Insaaf, are not in the list of election symbols.

People’s Party Parliamentarians have been given the symbol of Arrow, Muslim League-N Lion, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and its symbol Bat not included in the list.

Stabilization Pakistan Party has been awarded Eagle, PTI Parliamentarians- Turban, Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan Kite, Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan Crane, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Pakistan awarded Book, Jamaat Islami  got the sign of Scales.

In the post, the Election Commission has said that the respective election symbols should be allotted to the nominated candidates of the political parties, and the election symbols of the political parties should not be given to any independent candidate.
