CEO Fayazullah Dahri announces major relief for HESCO consumers

HYDERABAD, Dec 3, 2025: The Chief Executive Officer of HESCO, Fayazullah Dahri, has announced significant relief for electricity HESCO consumers. Under the customer-friendly service initiative, the 11 kV Sadar Feeder from the 132 kV Qasimabad Grid Station has been made completely load-shedding-free. This is the 20th feeder of HESCO to be placed under the Zero Load-Shedding program, starting officially from today, according to a spokesperson of HESCO.

Addressing the ceremony, CEO Fayazullah Dahri congratulated consumers and said: “First of all, congratulations to all of you that today HESCO management has declared the 11 kV Sadar Feeder zero load-shedding. You are our best consumers, and it would be unfair not to appreciate good customers. From today onward, we are making this feeder load-shedding-free. This is a pact between you and us. My wish is to keep this feeder permanently on ZERO load-shedding status. Both you and we will make every possible effort to maintain this facility.

We will sign an MOU committing that electricity theft will not be allowed, losses will be kept below 20%, recovery will remain at 100%, and the distribution system will be continuously improved so that AT&C losses remain under control. If any fault occurs on this feeder, it will be rectified promptly. I also congratulate my entire HESCO team on this achievement.”
