Jamshedoro district administration takes stern action against zero-dose refusals

JAMSHORO: Zero-dose refusals were found in the home district of Sindh Chief minister Syed Murad Ali Shah. Under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Jamshoro Ghazanfar Ali Qadri and SSP Jamshoro Zafar Siddique Changa, along with the DHO, DEO, and C-Team, a visit was conducted to Union Council Allah Bachayo Shoro.

The visit targeted areas where parents had been refusing to vaccinate their children (zero-dose refusals).

During the field visit, the district administration engaged with key community influencers and local stakeholders. Through constructive dialogue and an effective awareness campaign, parents were persuaded to vaccinate their children.

As a result of this initiative, a large number of parents agreed to immunize their children, ensuring protection against twelve preventable and deadly diseases.

The district administration reaffirmed its commitment to continuing all necessary measures to achieve full immunization coverage and safeguard public health.
