ATC directs lawyers to present arguments in Sanam Javed bail hearing

Rawalpindi, March 22,2025- The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Rawalpindi has directed the lawyers of PTI leader Sanam Javed, Mishal Yousafzai, and Uhad Shah to present their arguments today regarding their bail applications.
Judge Amjad Ali Shah presided over the hearing, where Sanam Javed appeared alongside her lawyer, Faisal Malik.
During the proceedings, lawyer Faisal Malik requested additional time until April 8, stating that the defense wished to present arguments collectively for all the accused on that date. However, the prosecution opposed the request, noting that the defense had already been granted time until April 22 in the previous hearing. The prosecution emphasized that they had already presented their arguments and urged the court not to grant further extensions.
Accepting the prosecution’s stance, the court instructed the defense counsel to present their arguments immediately.
