PTI announces schedule for intra-party elections
The Supreme Court issued a unanimous decision late at night after a nine-hour long hearing of the case related to PTI intra-party elections and electoral symbol of bat and withdrawn the electoral symbol of bat to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf by annulling the decision of Peshawar High Court.
Now PTI as a political party is out of the election.
After a long wait of four and a half hours, the Supreme Court has accepted the appeal of the Election Commission and declared that the petition of the PTI was inadmissible in the Peshawar High Court while pronouncing the decision in the case regarding the intra-party election of PTI, 6 pages. Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa has read out the unanimous decision.
